"Website didn’t get me excited"
Not gonna lie, I checked the site before going and was expecting to see a lot more animals listed. The variety felt limited, and it seemed like some sections just repeated the same few big-name animals. Maybe the zoo is way better in person, but the website didn’t really make me feel excited to visit. I was hoping for more info on smaller animals, birds, reptiles, and stuff like that. Overall, it just felt a little thin

"We had a behind-the-scenes tour and it ended..."
We had a behind-the-scenes tour and it ended up being such a nice day out. The staff were really friendly and great with the kids, which made a big difference. Compared with the usual busy zoo crowds, this felt a bit more personal and relaxed, and the kids absolutely loved it.

"The site was easy to…"
The site was easy to get around!!! I was able to find tickets and the info I needed without too much trouble, which was a relief!!! A few pages felt a little crowded on my phone, but overall it was accessible enough and worked fine for what I needed!!!

"Tickets were fine, checkout was a bit of a pain"
I got my tickets online and they worked just fine, so no big deal there. But the site was kinda slow and the checkout had way too many extra clicks. It felt a bit clunky, ya know?

"Easy to Plan and Super Helpful"
I checked zoomiami.org before we went, it made planning so much easier. The info on exhibits and attractions was clear, so we had a good idea of what was open and what we could skip.

With kids, that kind of thing makes a huge difference! It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was useful, easy to follow, and seemed up to date based on what we saw.

"Restrooms were easy to find"
Took my kids to Zoo Miami i was just relieved the restrooms were easy to find when we needed them. They weren’t anything fancy, but they were clean enough and close by, which makes a big difference when you’re there with kids. Definitely helped keep the day from turning stressful... you know how that goes...

"Worth it if you visit a decent amount"
I got the membership for my family, it’s been worth it so far. The free parking is a big plus, and we like being able to pop in for shorter visits without feeling like we have to make a whole day of it. The food discounts are nice too. My only small gripe is that on really busy days, things can still feel a little chaotic and unorganized

"I ended up liking the gift shop at..."
I ended up liking the gift shop at Zoo Miami way more than I expected. It just had a good feel to it, with cute shirts, animal toys, magnets, and all kinds of little things for kids. The prices weren’t as bad as I was bracing for either, which was a nice surprise. I found a few souvenirs easily, and the staff seemed really pleasant. I don’t know, it just left a good impression on me. I’d definitely stop in again.

"The food prices were kind of…"
The food prices were kind of what I expected for a zoo, like not cheap, but also not that thing where you feel totally robbed. We got some lunch and drinks, and it didn’t mess up the day or anything. I do wish the snacks were a bit cheaper though, because those add up weirdly fast. But overall, it was fair compared to other places like this

"Fun Day at Zoo Miami"
I had a good time at Zoo Miami. It was easy to walk around, so we didn’t feel lost or stressed getting from one area to another. Later in the day, more people showed up, so the main paths and food spots got crowded. Because of that, a few areas felt a little tight, but it was still a fun visit overall. I’d give it 4 stars

"Great family day out, but a lot of walking"
We had a really nice time at the zoo and the kids were entertained pretty much all day. There’s tons of space to wander around, which is great, but it did feel like a lot of effort getting from one area to another after a while. Still, it was a fun family day and the kids loved it.

"Easy zoo to wander through"
I thought the zoo was really easy to get around, the layout made sense quickly and even though a few areas are spaced out a bit, it’s mostly flat, the signs are helpful, and we just took our time wandering from one thing to the next without feeling rushed or worn out. Definitely wear comfortable shoes though, because you’ll still end up doing a decent amount of walking.

"Easy enough way to get around"
The tram was really helpful and made getting around simple. The monorail was fine too, but we did have to wait a bit longer than expected. Overall, it worked for what we needed. Anyway

"I went to Zoo Miami last…"
I went to Zoo Miami last weekend, the parking was totally stress-free for me. There were plenty of spots when we arrived, and we got one close enough to the entrance that it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. It definitely made my visit start off on a much better note than I expected

"Really nice staff, just a little confusing in spots"
Took my kids to Zoo Miami last weekend and the staff were super nice. A couple people helped us figure out where to go, and the guy by the tram explained the stops without seeming annoyed or rushed or anything. The lady at the entrance was smiling too, which seems small but it definitely makes a difference. Only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that some areas were kinda confusing and we had to ask for help more than once. But everyone was friendly the whole time, so overall we had a good visit

"Decent Visit, Could Be a Bit Cleaner"
The zoo was okay overall. Some areas seemed clean and well taken care of, but the bathrooms could probably use a little more attention, and I noticed a few trash bins that were full. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, I just kind of expected it to be a bit cleaner for a place like this.

"Easy day at Zoo Miami"
We visited Zoo Miami and I was relieved by how easy it was to find our way around. The signs were clear, the animal areas were marked well, and we didn’t have to keep pulling out our phones to check the map. With the kids constantly asking where to go next, I actually felt like I knew what I was doing for once, which felt like a small win. Parking and entrance signs were easy to follow too, so the whole day felt way less stressful
